The purpose of this course is to ensure learners understand the following principals:

▪      Understand negotiation skills and the profile needed to be an effective negotiator

▪      Understand conflict and why conflict arises and how to deal with it

▪      Have basic interview skills whether being an  interviewer or an interviewee

▪      Prepare for an interview
